U javnoj raspravi može sudjelovati i dostaviti svoja mišljenja i prijedloge svatko. Međutim, ostalo je još jako malo vremena, javna rasprava traje do ponedjeljka 09.09.2019. i nakon toga zaprimljeni prijedlozi neće biti uvaženi prilikom donošenja konačnih Smjernica.
